Founded in 1997, Le Prétexte is a brasserie restaurant in Saint-Gilles. From humble beginnings, thanks to our growing success, we have managed to expand our menu. Our manager first came to Belgium in 1989 and opened a chip shop in 1991 before embarking on this adventure.
